Awaken Performing Arts was birthed by Ontaria "Kim" Wilson in 2010.  After years of the Lord speaking to her to start, He decided that it was time to manifest the vision.  Their purpose in ministry is "to reach the heart of hunanity through dance and other performing arts avenues.  Our desire is to share the love of God and to encourage people to pursue Him!"
